Home Energy Products was extremely pleasant and reasonable to work with, provided very fair pricing and quality work with the installation of my Mitsubishi AC / heat pump unit back in 2015, which has worked flawlessly running effectively 24/7 since then. Fast forward a few years, and the first routine service of the system (which I put off a little too long) was the same level of excellent quality and friendly service from the phone call to the actual appointment. Home Energy Products installed a three-unit system in our townhome in Lincoln. They were able to complete the work prior to our summer arrival, while other vendors would not commit to that schedule. Adam worked with us for over a month and two visits to the property to design an installation that met the HOA requirements and our needs. The installation was clean and professionally carried out before our arrival. We are pleased with the system's performance, which delivers both cooling and heat to the unit as needed. Home Energy installed our mini split system in April 2024, and we're very pleased. The entire process went smoothly. Phil communicated well with us and submitted all the required paperwork to the HOA board. The installation was the first one allowed by our HOA, so there were many questions from them. I had 2 Mitsubishi Hyper Heat mini splits installed. The quote was reasonable, and the installation went well. Within a couple of months, I had an issue with an outside unit making loud, unusual noises, and they sent a crew out to assess the following morning. They were very responsive and hung out for a while to make sure the unit was working properly. So far, everything has been good, and I would recommend it.
I single-sourced a whole house split system for my house in Meredith because HEP was a Diamond-rated provider. Adam showed up exactly as scheduled, and we came up with a proper design and installation plan. The work was scheduled, and Chris and Ian showed up exactly as planned, with detailed photos and a plan for the installation. The installation took 3 days, as expected, with a short punch list to complete, with all units tested and working. Justin called later to schedule and complete the punch list as agreed. HEP did everything 100% for a truly clean, professional installation with no attitude or reluctance. HEP is a highly recommended 'Can Do' contractor.
Home Energy installed our mini split system last fall, and this past week was our first time using the air conditioning function. We discovered late on July 2 that one of our bedroom units was not working properly and contacted Home Energy early on the 3rd. Steve, the service manager, gave us a couple of quick fixes to try out, and it was early afternoon by the time we had mutually agreed that a service call would be necessary. Steve was able to get a service team to our house in Moultonborough by 5 p.m., and they were able to identify and correct a wiring issue that took care of the problem. We really appreciated the quick response on the day before a four-day weekend, especially considering how hot the weather was. Thanks to Steve and the service techs for making our Fourth of July weekend far more comfortable!
